So, it is very normal that every mother will want to put a pacifier on baby when his crying to make the baby stop crying or to put the baby to sleep, well to me that wasn't the case the pacifier for my baby was my breast, with all my four kids I didn't use pacifiers. I remember when I was in the hospital the nurses got really angry at me because I told them not to put it on my baby mount, if my baby cries they must give him to me so I can breastfeed or I can just come myself and breastfeed, yes! that I really enjoy breastfeeding and looking at my little bundle and am still breastfeeding my 1-year-old and that my 4th baby, I am a housewife so I have all my time to keep my children close to me and learn more about babies on my own.
If you are a working mom its is something else because you've got a lot going on with work and you don't get much time to spend with the baby, but I think now things have changed since most people work from home, and well the working moms got a lot of planners to be organized, it must be something else when you are a working mom and have a baby it really different housewife and working mom because raising a baby is like you are at work but the most amazing and fun work that I myself love and enjoy.
Back to pacifier holder being a lifesaver there is that stage where a baby enjoys playing throw and fetch, that when he throws a toy down and cry for it so that you fetch it and when you fetch it he throws it again and cry it’s not a real cry it just a PLAY, PLAY cry, it an amazing game but I had to turn it down with a pacifier holder, I will click a pacifier holder on babies clothes and hold a soft toy with it so that when baby drops the toy he can still get it on his own, so the toys I normally use are the teething toys which are soft and safe for baby and I will hold the toy with a pacifier holder and I wouldn't worry about baby dropping it down, it was also a very good one when am at church because I didn't have to worry about baby dropping the toy.
you can also use it when you going out with the baby at the mall or when he’s in that scroller, you won’t have to worry about looking for that toy that is lost in the scroller because babies cry a lot when they lose a toy. Babies don't understand that you are going to look for it and give it back, they think it is gone forever but the is that stage where they understand they will get it back when they keep on seeing you giving them back what they lost, and they start realizing my toy is going to come back, mama is going to find it for me.
So a pacifier holder can not only a hold pacifier but can also work to hold the soft baby toy or teether so baby can continuously play, I enjoyed using it, it really help me a lot, looking at baby getting the toy for himself by pulling the pacifier holder and reaching the toy himself and then back to PLAY PLAY.
