Well am a Mother of 4 kids and I had 4 C-Sections, so what happened?, why did I have a C-section? let me tell you my story.
So I got married when I was 19, and, 2 months later got pregnant with my first child, my mind was still blank got a lot going on, and only 19 so I didn't do a lot of research and didn't ask my mother biggest mistake I know.
what happened is my first baby was so big, he was 4.6 kg, yes! I know real huge and. I felt like an elephant, so I actually had no choice but to do a C-section. In my first pregnancy many things were happening, anemic and a lot of water (amniotic fluid) in the belly, well the list goes on but the Lord was with me so I didn't feel so much pain actually I don't remember anything bad at all except for the epidural well that something else, not a big fan of needles.
on the second day was up and running I mean walking ha..ha.. no one told me but my in-laws come to visit so had no choice and it was a good one because I got healed very quickly. For my 2nd child, I still didn't do research but she was not too big like the firstborn she was 3.6 kg, so with her, not a lot happened just got a lot of water (amniotic fluid) and the Dr. told me we could both die. Because I didn't do research well I didn't understand what he was talking about because I wasn't researching much about pregnancy, so I laughed at him and I remember his serious look but couldn't take that I believed in God so much that am sorry but I couldn't take the news he was giving me seriously, so the little girl was born she's up and running.
