9-12 MONTHS

A very big milestone, hang in the mommy, now things start to change, baby really wants to PLAY, PLAY, PLAY, communication is a little bit clear.

In these months baby really want to go around on their own. I did make sure  I have an alarm set for feeding baby because his schedules were almost the same every day and I also focused on his nap times and wrote on my Baby App on my phone and in my diary, just make sure you keep track of everything baby does, so you will be able to organize your day.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BABY

  • NAPS

  • FAVORITES SHOW

  • FAVORITES BOOKS

  • FAVORITES SONGS

  • FAVORITE TOY

When you look at the above list these things will help you do little chores around the house, you won't do much but the list definitely help you, It really helped me a lot but I  changed and did my chores at night when everyone is sleeping so what I mean I make sure that my house was clean for the next day before I go to sleep, because during the day I had no time to do that, baby wanted to play a lot, those short naps I did a little not much around the house that is why I decided to do the chores at night and the following day because baby wants mommy and baby time.

So each month baby goes through a different milestone, so each day or each month you learn something new about the baby. I will recommend baby toys more than Tv, if you plan on letting your child watch Tv try to choose educational channels that will help your child learn. Ready to your child every day, yes am busy but I have to make time to read for my child because that is where everything starts once the child knows how to read VERY IMPORTANTLY, what I realized is that when I read to my kids they start trying to say the words am saying and they end up knowing that word, little by little.

REWARDS!!

When you read to the baby make sure you make him say a few words, he might not get it right, but he will improve little by little always try and correct him so it won't be difficult to correct later, and when your kid's copy or say those word, when you are reading to them reward them with a big smile, a hug, a kiss or a high 5, I've been looking at my kids they get so excited and want to do it more, so say those "GOOD JOB BABY AM PROUD OF YOU", so it very important to encourage your child so he will show you more of what he can do and be confident about himself.
